THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.13890 of 2016 ORDER :

The grievance of petitioner in this Writ Petition is that he had presented a document for registration before the 4th respondent and that the 4th respondent is not even receiving the document for the purpose of registration and is not assigning any reason.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will receive the document submitted by petitioner for registration; and if he is not inclined to register it, he will pass order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 (for short "the Act") and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to receive the document presented by petitioner for the purpose of registration and consider the same for registration. In case, the 4th respondent is not inclined to register it, he will pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Act within four (04) weeks of the submission of the document for the purpose of registration by petitioner and communicate the said order to petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
