THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.2537 of 2015 ORDER :
The petitioners are the A.1 to A.3 in Cr.No.221 of 2014 on the file of the Police Station, Maheshwaram, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.3(1)(v)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, (for short, 'the Act') and 436 IPC, on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant. The petitioners and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences.
In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences.
In the result, the I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 in Cr.No.221 of 2014 on the file of the Police Station, Maheshwaram, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district. The petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
