2. The question raised in WP.No.6072 of 2009 pertains to Panchayat elections, which were held in 2006. From bare perusal of the prayer in the
writ petition, it is apparent that the writ appeal has rendered infructuous. The writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
