ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in issuing letter, dated 29.07.2011, and adjusting the alleged balance amounts in the monthly bills of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mrs.N.Malathi Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 20.08.2011 in W.P.M.P.No.28043 of 2011 is vacated and W.P.M.P. Nos.28042 and 28043 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
