THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No. 17 of 2019 in R.C.C. No.4 of 1997 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the Official Liquidator for the respondent.

This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 6026 days in submitting the claim application.

As can be seen from the affidavit, there is inordinate delay in filing the claim application. In normal circumstances, the application is liable to be dismissed. However, considering the fact that the application is filed by the Company owned by the Government, the delay is condoned subject to the applicant paying costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to be payable to the Telangana High Court Advocates' Association, within a period of four (4) weeks from today.

The application is accordingly ordered.
