When the matter had come up on 27.04.2016, learned counsel for the appellant is not present and there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed after Summer Vacation, 2016. When the matter has come up today, learned counsel for the appellant called absent and there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, this Court is of the view that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter further.
