HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1803 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

Having regard to the grievous nature of accusation contained in the F.I.R., it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall go on. However, the Police of AS Pet, SPSR Nellore District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/A.1 during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
