THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.14510 of 2011 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking the following relief/s: '..to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent in disconnecting the water connection to the petitioner's premises bearing D.No.37-1-388 situated at Dharavari Thota, Ongole, Prakasam District, without issuing any notice and inspite of paying the arrears, as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent herein to restore the water connection to the above said premises, and to grant such other relief or reliefs.....'

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that in view of the interim directions granted by this Court in WPMP.No.17480 of 2011, no further orders are required and that the writ petition may be disposed of recording the said submission.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
