Murali Krishnan Raju, v. Chembeti Krishna Reddy,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION NOS.4226 AND 4655 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:
Heard Mr.C.Subodh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents in both the revision petitions.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests the court to permit him to withdraw I.A.Nos.610 and 612 of 2015 in O.S.No.6 of 2009 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gudur, with liberty to file fresh applications.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents opposes the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. I have perused the material available on record. Having regard to the inherent mistake pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the affidavits filed along with the applications, the request to withdraw the applications is permitted. Consequently, the orders impugned are set aside with a liberty to file fresh applications in accordance with law. The trial Court is at liberty to examine the applications, if any filed by the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders thereon.
5. Accordingly, both the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these revisions shall stand closed.
