This Court made the following:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for Certiorari to quash order, dated 05.03.2008, in O.A.No.978 of 2005 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad. A perusal of the record shows that the order impugned in this writ petition was passed as far back as 05.03.2008. The petitioner has not given any convincing reason to entertain the writ petition after a lapse of eight years.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of laches. As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, WPMP.No.10707 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
