O R D E R

It is stated by Sri R.Siva Sai Swaroop, learned counsel for the petitioner rice mill, that the Managing Partner expired and the other partners of the mill took recourse to alternate remedies. Learned counsel therefore submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
