HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.12200 OF 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is in possession and enjoyment of the land over an extent of Ac.29.11 gts in Sy. No.44 and land admeasuring Ac.8.27 gts in Sy.No.127 of Panyal Village, Hatnoora Village, Medak District, is sought to be interfered under the 'Mission Kakatiya Project' without issuing any notice, without acquiring the land and without payment of any compensation to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the officials of the respondents issued a notification calling for tenders under the scheme Mission Kakatiya in respect of pond "Chaki Cheruvu" and interfering with the lands of the petitioners without giving any notice. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case no work shall be undertaken by the officials of the respondents in the above said lands without putting the petitioner on notice and without acquiring the land by paying the due compensation.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to undertake any works in the land over an extent of Ac.29.11 gts in Sy. No.44 and land admeasuring Ac.8.27 gts in Sy.No.127 of Panyal Village, Hatnoora Village, Medak District of the petitioner without putting the petitioner on notice and without acquiring the land by paying the due compensation. No order as to costs.

In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed. ______________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM,J Date:12.04.2016.
