THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.1378 of 2016 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the contempt case is squarely covered by the order dated 30.07.2013, passed by this Court in WP.No.22353 of 2003. Recording the above said submission, the Contempt Case is disposed of in terms of the order dated 30.07.2013 passed by this Court in WP.No.22353 of 2003. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the contempt case, shall stand closed.
