HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL APPEAL No.103 of 2008 JUDGMENT:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is no more.

2. On instructions, learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the appellant died on 24.12.2011 itself. He has received written instructions from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kusumanchi Police Station along with the original certificate issued by the Panchayath Secretary, Gram Panchayath Lokyathanda, Kusumanchi Mandal, Khammam District. As per the said certificate, the date of death of the appellant is 24.12.2011.

3. In view of the above stated submissions, the appeal is dismissed as abated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
