wa_1081_2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed assailing common order dated 04-07-2017 to the extent it pertains to W.P.No. 20193 of 2017.

At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties submitted that post passing of the order under appeal, an order of dismissal of the appellant has been passed.

Sri R.K.Suri, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that his client is advised to avail appropriate remedy assailing the said order and that therefore the cause in the Writ Appeal may not survive for adjudication except to the extent of imposition of costs. Sri N.Jayasurya, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 4 has graciously agreed for foregoing costs. 4.

In the light of the above, the Writ Appeal is disposed of by setting aside the order of the learned single judge to the extent of imposition of costs on the appellant.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Appeal, W.A.M.P.No. 2078 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous.
