42 situated at Ramanthapur Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, without notice or without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporations Act, 1955 apart from being in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India; The petition coming on for hearing and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 28-042015, 11-06-2015, 03-08-2015, 01-09-2015 & 15-09-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V. RAMAKRISHNA REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner and G.P for Municipal Administration for the Respondent No.1 and Sri PASHAM KRISHNA REDDY for the Respondent Nos.
