HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8869 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A-2 & A-3 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.267 of 2016, on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 read with 120-B IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioners is that petitioners along with A-1 & A-4 to A-6 committed dacoity with criminal conspiracy on 09.04.2016 at 4.45 am in the house of de facto complainant, situated at First Lancer, Syed Nagar, Hyderabad.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the earlier bail application of the petitioners was dismissed on 16.06.2016 and that there is no substantial change of circumstances. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
