Order:

This Company Application is filed to permit the Official Liquidator (i) to identify the intending buyers through Ex-Managing Director and other independent sources for sale of mango usufruct over Acs.59-09 guntas in Survey Nos.69 to 96 part/full at Tolkatta Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District; (ii) to receive the value of the usufruct from the person offering the highest amount and hand over the mango usufruct for the current season (2015); (iii) to retain the services of

Mr.Pindi Venkateswara Rao on a monthly salary of Rs.10,000/- for protection of mango garden; (iv) to permit him to meet the expenses out of the funds of the Company in liquidation; and (v) to order the costs of the application to come out of the assets of the Company in liquidation.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, filed in support of this Application, all the reliefs are granted.

This Company Application is allowed.
