HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 7068 of 2012 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the eviction notice dated 24.02.2012 issued by the second respondent directing the petitioner to vacate the municipal shop bearing No.11, Ground floor, Koti Municipal Building, GHMC and handover the vacant possession of the said shop to the GHMC.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the subsequent developments, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
