HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.13300 OF 2010 ORDER:

Mr.Seshashayana Reddy having regard to passage of time and also Chetnepalli Gram Panchayat being upgraded as Nagar Panchayat, requests the Court to permit the petitioner to represent to Nagar Panchayat for removing the illegal constructions made by 4th respondent and the Nagar Panchayat may be directed to look into the representation and pass orders in accordance with law. When the writ petition was filed, the Chetnepalli was a Gram Panchayat and now it is upgraded as a Nagar Panchayat. As the 3rd respondent is merely upgraded as Nagar Panchayat, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order: The petitioner is given liberty to represent to Chetnepalli Nagar Panchayat along with copy of this order within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Chetnepalli Nagar Panchayat is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and after affording opportunity to 4th respondent, act in the matter in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
