This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Cr.No.236 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Langer House Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 506 read with 34 of IPC.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the parties have settled the matter before Lok Adalat on 13.10.2016.
