This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of petitioner's appeal dt.10.05.2017 questioning the order dt.09.03.2017 placing him under suspension, pending enquiry.

The learned Government Pleader for Services, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
