HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.6352 OF 2018 ORDER :

The written instructions dated 20.06.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Sanath Nagar Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

In the said instructions it is stated that on receipt of the private complaint filed by the petitioners, from the Court of the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally under Section 156 (3) of code of criminal procedure, Police have registered crime No.590/2017 dated 08.11.2017 under Sections 406 and 506 IPC and notices under Section 91/161 Cr.P.C. dated 12.11.2017, 25.11.2017, 11.12.2017 were served on the petitioner /complainant to produce relevant documents and also to produce witness to proceed with further course of investigation.

It is also stated in the said instructions that to complete the full-fledged investigation into the case, it requires some more time to the investigating agency. It is also assured that the investigation will be completed as expeditiously as possible and appropriate report under Sections 173 of Cr.P.C will be filed, before the concerned Court, at the earliest. 4.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no orders as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
