Petitioner claims to be the owner of land to an extent of Ac.1-20 guntas in Sy.No.1917 of Garla Village and Mandal, Mahabubabad District. However, petitioner came to know that names of Alwala Ramaiah and Alwala Yellamma are shown for this extent of land in the revenue records. Aggrieved thereby, petitioner filed appeal before Revenue Divisional Officer (R.D.O) in the year 2017 on 10-10-2017. The R.D.O. directed the Tahsildar to submit report by looking into the grievance ventilated by the appellant. Petitioner alleges that as no report is filed by Tahsildar as directed by R.D.O., there is no further progress in the appeal causing lot of hardship to the petitioner.

Since the appeal stated to be pending since almost more than 18 months, the R.D.O. is directed to dispose of the appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if required calling for report of Tahsidar expeditiously and by affording due opportunity to both parties.
