THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO SUO MOTU CONTEMPT CASE No.1427 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was initiated when the writ petitioner in W.P.No.5508 of 2011 filed W.P.No.22957 of 2015 alleging that in spite of suspending the orders of suspension, the commodities were not released to the petitioner and no enquiry was conducted. Now a counter affidavit is filed by the contemnor stating that the order dated 06.03.2015 in W.P.No.5508 of 2015 was communicated to him only on 11.05.2015. Thereafter, he took up the enquiry and passed an order on 20.08.2015. In view of the delayed communication of the order of this Court, the contemnor could not take prompt steps for conducting the enquiry and disposal of the case. In view of the explanation submitted by the contemnor, the Contempt Case is closed.
