HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 23557 of 2007 ORDER:
1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not providing compassionate appointment to the 2nd petitioner under breadwinner scheme, as arbitrary, unjust, discriminatory and violative of articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India; and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the 2nd petitioner on compassionate grounds.
2) By an order, dated 06.11.2017, this Court granted interim direction as prayed for ie., to consider the claim of the petitioners to provide compassionate appointment to the 2nd petitioner. 3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel for Corporation submits that the 2nd petitioner was given employment and now he is working at Amalapuram. He further submits that in view of the above, no further orders are required.
