THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12491 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners are accused in FIR No.143 of 2016. The first accused was arrested and was remanded to judicial custody. There is no evidence of filing a final report in the case. However, when respondent Nos.3 and 4 are constantly calling the petitioners to the Police Station from 15.02.2017 onwards, challenging their highhanded action, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Since the allegations require examination, the petitioners are given liberty to submit a representation to the second respondent and it is needless to state that the second respondent, on receipt of the written representation, shall take appropriate action in accordance with law against the highhanded action of respondent Nos.3 and 4, if any. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 10.04.2017 Note: Issue C.C by 12.04.2017.
