HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4575 OF 2074 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the respondents has drawn attention of this Court to the order dated U.02.2014 which reads as under: "Notice before admission. The petitioners claim that they have submitted applications for the post of operators pursuant to the Notification issued by the respondents. Subject to verification of the same, the respondents shall permit the petitioners to participate in the pole climbing test only, Post after two weeks," 2.

Subsequent order dated L7.02.2014 the petitioners were permitted to participate in the pole climbing test. 3.

Recording the above submissions and in view of the fact that since the petitioners were not qualified the test and cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
