Sri T. Tajeswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, after perusing served copy of the endorsement in Ref.No.125/ 17 dated 01.06.2017 of the Tahsildar, Gara Mandal, Srikakulam, does not press the writ prayer. He seeks leave of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and workout the remedies, in accordance with law, on the dispute canvassed through representation dated 24.10.2016. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
