Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the notification by Proceeding in Rc.No.E/732/2011, dt.07.12.2011, to fill up the vacancy of Fair Price Shop No.21017 of Palvancha Town, Khammam District, by changing the reservation category from OC to Schedule Tribe without following the procedure prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.4, dt.19.02.2011, as illegal, arbitrary

and violative of the principles of natural justice and consequently, to set aside the same in respect of Fair Price Shop in question."

At the hearing, Mr.B.Yadaiah, learned Counsel representing Mr.Kasi Nageswara Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 06-01-2012, is vacated and WPMP.Nos.642 of 2012 & 9841 of 2014 are disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 25th June, 2015 LUR
