Petitioners' grievance is that they have given representations dt.31.07.2014, 29.10.2014, 31.01.2015 and 08.01.2016 to the respondents 2 to 4 to issue D-form patta in their favour in respect of land admeasuring Acs.3-00 guntas in survey No.742-2 of Kollabylu Village, Madanapalle Mandal, Chittoor District but they are not been disposed of by the respondents 2 to 4, till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will pass orders on the above representations within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' representations dt.31.07.2014, 29.10.2014, 31.01.2015 and 08.01.2016 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
