M/S Oriental Insurance Company Limited v. P.Vijaya Kumar

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3668 of 2004 ORDER:

This revision is preferred against order dated 27.04.2004 in M.V.O.P.No.241 of 1998 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge, Chittoor, by the Insurance Company challenging the award passed in favour of claimant.

2. This is an old case. In spite of granting three adjournments from 25.02.2015 only on the request of advocate for appellant, no interest is evinced in proceeding with the case and today again adjournment is sought on the ground that counsel is out of station. I am not inclined to grant any further adjournment.

3. Accordingly, civil revision petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
