The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made representations dated 16.02.2015 and 02.03.2015 stating that the 3rd respondent has been making illegal constructions in plot No.102 of Sy.No.161/A,B,C,D of Bheemavaram village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal District, the 2nd respondent has not taken any action.

Heard on either side.

Sri C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondentMunicipal Corporation submits that basing on the representations of the petitioners, the Corporation issued notice to the 3rd respondent under Section 452 of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act and it will follow due procedure in this regard.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of 2nd respondent-Corporation, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.02.2015 and 02.03.2015 and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, and communicate the same to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
