CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.6269 of 2018 27.02.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's brother - Nagunuri Raju @ Shekar, S/o Venkanna (for short -'the alleged detenu') before the Court and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, Mr.V.Nitesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the alleged detenu was shown to have been arrested on 22.02.2018 and was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate, who remanded him to judicial custody. 3.

In the light of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
