This appeal is filed under Section 30 of Workmen Compensation Act, assailing the Order dated 02.12.2009 passed in W.C.No.170 of 2008 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour - IV, Hyderabad.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 08.09.2018. 3.

Accordingly, the C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 08.09.2018. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
