Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies in terms of Rule 32 of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, before the Government.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Government under Rule 32 of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules. No order as to costs.
