Sri Krishna Dev, learned counsel representing Sri S. Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner company, states that his client is not desirous of pursuing this writ petition. However, the learned counsel states that the question of law raised herein may be left open for consideration.

Accepting the submission, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise an identical question of law in future, if warranted.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
