This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.305 of 2011 in Crime No.29 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent‐State submits that after filing this petition, the case was compromised in Lok Adalat on 06.12.2014.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
