This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing of the application of the petitioner dated 28.04.2014 made for mutation of concerned records by way of incorporating her name as owner and possessor in the place of her mother late Smt.Khatija Bee, in respect of the house bearing Municipal No.1.3.1036 (Old No.A-13-1036) under Sy.No.140, admeasuring 1244.00 sq.

yards, situated at Kavadiguda, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 28.04.2014 by following due procedure. After arguing for some time, learned standing counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition by impleading necessary and proper parties.

Accordingly, permission as sought for is granted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
