THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30314 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in seizing the Minute Book on 05.08.2017 unlawfully from the Society.

In view of the subsequent developments in the case, more particularly handing over of the Minute Book to the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
