THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9197 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in crime No.74 of 2015 of P.S., Market, Secunderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 365, 506-II, 323, 386, 379 and 34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. This Court adjourned the matter on earlier occasion and directed to post on 21.09.2015 and further directed that the respondent/police shall not arrest the petitioner to enable the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 to produce the documents, which were in their possession and the learned counsel for the petitioners also accepted the same. When the matter is taken up today, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have not produced the documents as directed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein. The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed.
