This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/ sole accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the FIR No.168 of 2015 of Nandyal II Town Police Station, Nandyal, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 403 IPC.

2) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ sole accused and 1st respondent -State represented by learned Public Prosecutor before admission and before ordering notice to 2nd respondent-de facto complainant. Perused the material on record.

3 ) As the material falls short for this Court to admit the application for quashing under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to surrender himself before the learned Magistrate concerned and move for regular bail with notice the Additional public prosecutor concerned and in such an event and after hearing the Public Prosecutor concerned, the learned Magistrate shall grant bail with necessary conditions on the same day.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________
