ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 29.12.2014 in Writ Petition No.40205 of 2014.

At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) submitted that a brief note was sent by respondent No.2 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, through fax, wherein it is stated that the quota of essential commodities was allotted to the petitioner from the month of January, 2015.

Sri I.Koti Reddy, the learned counsel for the

petitioner, has admitted the above-noted submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader.

In view of the above-noted fact, the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication and the Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
