wa_1082_2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against order dated 07-06-2017 in W.P.M.P.No. 21933 of 2017 in W.P.No. 17966 of 2017.

A perusal of the order impugned in this Writ Appeal shows that the same is interim in nature pending W.P.M.P.No. 21933 of 2017. As the appellant has an opportunity of moving the learned single judge for vacating the interim order, we do not find any reason to entertain this Writ Appeal for adjudication on merits. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case with liberty to the appellant to seek vacation of the order impugned in this Writ Appeal.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, W.A.M.P.No. 2071 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
