THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.16432 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard Mr.A.Rama Rao, Standing Counsel for APSRTC and Mr.A.K.Jayaprakash Rao for respondent No.1. The Tribunal, in the case on hand, keeping in view, the jurisdiction conferred on it by Section 11-A of Industrial Disputes Act has moulded the relief, by ordering reinstatement with continuity of service, but without backwages and other attendant benefits on "no work no pay" principle.

The petitioner could not convince the Court that even to the limited extent, the jurisdiction is exercised by Tribunal, suffers from patent illegality or perversity. In the circumstances, this Court is not pursuaded to interfere with the Award under challenge.

Writ petition is dismissed. Except the above ground, no other ground is urged. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
