This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 1 to 4 in considering the representations dated 29.08.2017, 20.02.2019 and 26.03.2019 filed by the petitioner against respondents 5 to 7 with regard to the property bearing No.5-8-40, admeasuring 600 Sq.yards situated at Fateh Sultan Lane, Nampally Road, Hyderabad. 2.

The petitioner asserts that he made the aforesaid representations seeking information whether respondents 5 to 7 had obtained permission for making construction in the subject premises, but the respondent authorities have not taken any action thereon. It is further asserted in the writ affidavit that the petitioner has a share in the said property and an appeal suit i.e., A.S.No.175 of 1995 is pending before this Court, and if the unofficial respondents 5 to 7 are permitted to continue with the construction, the petitioner would suffer irreparable loss. 3.

Heard Sri Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned Government Pleader for Municipality. 4.

Insofar as the grievance with regard to irreparable loss that may be suffered by the petitioner, who is an alleged shareholder in the subject property, on account of continuing the construction work by the unofficial respondents 5 to 7 is concerned, this Court cannot decide the rights of the petitioner in this writ petition, and the petitioner can ventilate his grievance in an appropriate proceedings. Insofar as the grievance with regard to non-consideration of the petitioner's representations seeking information with regard to existence or otherwise of construction permission in favour
