Paila Simhadri Rao, Visakhapatnam Dist. v. K.S. Murthy, Visakhapatnam Dist. And Another
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case Nos.1763, 2167, 2168 and 2169 of 2015, Writ Petition Nos.16914 and 26266 of 2015, Contempt Case No.2108 of 2016 and Writ Petition Nos.44197 and 44269 of 2017 Common Judgment: (per A.Ramalingeswara Rao, J.) These contempt petitions are filed alleging nonimplementation of the order of a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition Nos.28270, 29490, 29514 and 28135 of 2012 and W.A.No.1363 of 2012, dated 25-3-2015. The connected writ petitions are also posted along with the present contempt cases since the cause of action is same. Now the learned counsel for the respondents filed an Affidavit stating that the order of this Court was complied with and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the compliance with the order of the Division Bench, the cause in the writ petitions also does not survive as the cases of all the candidates were considered by the Management and appropriate orders were passed. If any of the petitioners are aggrieved with the orders passed by the Management, it is open to take appropriate orders in accordance with law. Consequently, the contempt cases and the writ petitions are disposed of. The interlocutory applications, if any, pending in these matters shall stand closed. No costs.
