THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.22992 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not numbering the revision filed by the petitioner, dated 04-07-2016.

2. Heard both the counsel.

3. A perusal of the record reveals that the 3rd respondent herein-the District Collector (Civil Supplies), Prakasam District at Ongole, passed order, dated 25-06-2016. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner filed revision before the 2nd respondent on 0407-2016. The grievance of the petitioner is that for one reason or other, the 2nd respondent has not taken steps to number the revision filed by the petitioner.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent herein to number the revision filed by the petitioner on 04-07-2016, if it is otherwise in order and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
