HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.4382 of 2015 ORDER:- Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the accident has been taken place in the year 2002 and the chargesheet is filed after ten years i.e., July, 2012 and the same is barred by limitation.

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, I see no reason to quash C.C.No.1079 of 2012 on the file of the III-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a petition in C.C.No.1079 of 2012 on the file of the III-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and as and when any petition is filed, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
