HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18436 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the inaction of respondents Nos.2 & 3 in not taking any action against the 4th respondent even after his representation dated 22.5.2017. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that the 4th respondent is instructing the concerned to release the water more time to the people belonging to forward caste, as a result of which the down-trodden communities are facing problems. Even though the petitioner made a representation, no action has been taken so far. Hence, the petitioner filed this writ petition. 3.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the Counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The Official respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.5.2017 and take appropriation steps in accordance with law."
